There will be a “Create Your Own Art” area for attendees to indulge their inner artistic spirit, and a scavenger hunt where the participants search for objects hidden in the artist’s paintings & collages. There will be an easy level & a more difficult level, with prizes for all.
The Art Foundry was established in August of 2009 by New Village Arts Theater in the Village of Carlsbad. Housing 14 working artists’ studios with 16 artists in residence, The Foundry has become a unique, interesting and exciting place to create and view art and the process of making art.
